FAQ
Questions about Snapbite
Clear answers about AI food-photo analysis, nutrition estimates, editing, privacy, and free use.
What is Snapbite?
Snapbite is a web-based AI calorie scanner. Upload a food photo to get an editable estimate of visible foods, portion weights, calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
How accurate is an AI calorie scanner?
Accuracy depends on photo quality, visible ingredients, recipe variation, and portion information. Snapbite gives an editable estimate, so you can correct food names and weights before saving.
Does Snapbite store my food photo?
The photo is sent to an AI provider for analysis, but Snapbite does not store the original food photo after analysis is complete.
Is Snapbite free to use?
During the free preview, you can analyze up to three real food photos per device or network each day. The sample scan remains available.
Can I edit the result?
Yes. You can change the detected food name and the portion weight in grams. Calories and macros recalculate as you edit.
Is Snapbite medical advice?
No. Snapbite provides nutrition estimates for everyday tracking. It is not a medical measurement, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation.
